But what about your staff?

Training can happen anywhere, even in the jungle.

Training is a huge responsibility and a large cost for most companies. Your staff is your greatest asset. If you are treating them well (like treating your customers as guests) then the level of loyalty among your staff should rise.

But some companies do not believe in the value of proper training.

And because of that, they may choose to cut the amount spent on training new hires thinking it will save them money.

W-R-O-N-G!

You don’t give your children a quantum physics book when they are born. They need to be nourished and given tasks that are appropriate for their age and level of development.

The same applies to your employees. Training isn’t a luxury. It is a necessity.

Make sure your staff is trained well and their results will flourish. So will your business.

    Like raising children, employees need guidance, ie training. I tell my girls, as parents, we tried to instill in you, from a very young age, such things as manners, so that when you were older and expected to be polite — you would know to be polite. The politeness fairy doesn’t visit on your 8th birthday, (or 6th birthday, or 18th birthday…) Likewise for employees — no one is born knowing. It takes training.
