Got a backup plan?
Had a situation arise the other day when our primary system for ringing transactions went down and it was time to implement the backup. But we didn’t have all the tools ready to go and we had to improvise.
It would have been better if all the pieces were together.
Do you have a strategy for how and when to implement your backup plan in case your primary system is compromised?
I hope you don’t have to use it. But it’s there just in case.

On Plan B as we speak. Fun stuff. Life is full of Plan B’s….if we embrace that rarely does anything go as planned and everything takes longer than we hope.
And by having a Plan B, it means we expect the unexpected. We are now revising our Plan B so when it happens again, we’ll be more prepared.
