National Customer Service Week

Did you know about this? By presidential proclamation (and signature) and congressional resolution, the first full week in October has been designated “National Customer Service Week” since it was first enacted in 1992.

I have to ask the obvious question. Why do we have to have a special week for it? It needs to be every day.

Make your customers/guests feel welcomed and appreciated all the time.

Give out free hugs if necessary!

Hugs are good, especially on Main Street, with an unsuspecting crowd.

I know, right? Here was this not-so-random guest approaching a group of strangers and giving them a 30-second pep talk about loving DI! It’s all part of the magic, whether it’s staged or naturally occurring. 🙂

    David:

I fully approve of the hat that your son is wearing in that picture. A+

There aren’t many people who would recognize it up close let alone from a web page. Good eyes BKO!
