What I’m talking about is offering a small, kind word to your customer. It can be the gesture of kindness that they need today.
You’ve got products and your customers have needs. They also have problems and you may have the solution.
A gentle word of encouragement may be all they need to turn a hurting heart toward the light of God’s love.
