Grand marshal or pooper scooper?

I like parades. I like the creativity of the floats. I like the bands that pass by in neat formation. Dignitaries and beauty queens waving from the back seat of a convertible.

You can disregard the mohawk.

Are you the type to be the grand marshal of the parade or are you walking behind the horses sweeping the poop from the street? Does it really matter?

They both have important jobs. One may dictate the route a company takes in order to help reach it’s goal. The other cleans up the mess others leave behind.

Recognizing the talents your employees posses goes a long way toward the success of your operation. You do want to be successful, right? Life lessons learned while working for you need to be educational experiences that might not be easily forgotten.
