Plays well with others

They perform well as a team. Even best!

Whether you’re reading a eulogy or a resume, it is great that this can be said of you, “plays well with others. ”

Are you a team player? If so, there’s a large complex project that could use someone like you.

A good way to boost your skill set is to volunteer for a project you know could benefit from hour presence. They may be understaffed and overwhelmed and you’re just the person who can step in and, with the right skill set, you can be the motivating force that gets the project completed.

It does get noticed. Management appreciates self starters who play well with others.

    Additionally there is that life’s mantra: In giving we receive. And that other favorite: Do small acts with a great love. Both showing us that what we do matters.

      And it’s not in getting the credit for doing good that matters. We’re not in this life for brownie points. 🙂

    Its not about brownie points, it’s all about doing God’s Work. Recognizing Jesus in all the people around us. Having the Divine in ourselves reach out to the Divine in others.
