How are your drawing skills?

How is your approach working?

Mine are horrible. That is if you’re talking about my artistic abilities.

How are you at drawing people? Stick figures don’t count.

If you know where you’re going, have you turned around recently to see if anyone is following you? It’s not a popularity contest. If you’re leading just to be famous, you’re doing it for the wrong reason.

“If you are leading others and you’re lonely, then you’re not doing it right. Think about it. If you’re all alone, that means nobody is following you. And if nobody is following you, then you’re not really leading.” –John Maxwell

Excellent post. As a parent it’s frightening to be a lonely leader.

Interesting post. Several levels of interpretation available. Unsure of which to focus on.

I was trying to draw focus on being a leader. Drawing people to follow you. Sorry if I goofed that one.

No you didn’t goof at all. I took it to the next step and thought about my important leadership role as religious Ed teacher and how difficult that is. And then I thought of my primary role as a mom, and the challenges there. In all venues I’m leading my customers, the youth in my life, to God. It’s so important it’s frightening. It’s huge.

Thank you for pointing out the importance of making sure they are still with me.

David, it may have been the “to be famous” part that threw me.
