Have you had your morning cup of coffee yet? What was the brand name?

Your answer could determine whether or not you buy the commodity or the brand. There’s nothing wrong with either response.

The same can be said for where you shop, where you dine, where you vacation.

In your line of work, adding to the commodity you sell enhances the brand you represent. People may not be buying your commodity just for its function. They may be buying your brand because of an emotional connection you bring to the game.
