Don’t just do busy work

No time to talk. I'm busy!!

May I have a moment of your time? Are you too busy to read for just a few seconds? Most of these posts take less than a minute of your time.

Most of your customers only want a moment of your time as well. Are you giving them your undivided attention? Or are you so busy doing “stuff” that your customers are afraid to interrupt you?

Do work that matters. And do the work when it matters. Take care of the customer as if they are the only thing that matters.

Day 5 – Are you really too busy?

Patty, thank you for that little nugget. I’m not always thinking of the different groups that could benefit from these writings.
