He was just named Multi Operator of the Year.
He’s celebrating 25 years with the same company in one form or another.
He’s focused on pleasing the customer, because he knows how important it is. And it’s not just so he can make more money as a business owner, but because it’s the right thing to do.
We don’t always see eye to eye on every decision made. But I respect him for his unwavering support of providing great customer service.
