In a leadership class last night, a friend brought up a point on the differing types of leadership. He gave a great example.
“You can either lead like a shepherd or a sheepdog.”
Are you the type that leads gently, knowing the characteristics and personalities of your flock? Or do you spend time nipping, biting and barking at your flock to keep them in line?

And yet both care deeply about the flock. In one, it’s easy to see, in the other, quite confusing.
