“In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.'” Acts 20:35 (NIV)
We’ve got over 7 weeks before we celebrate Thanksgiving here in the US. Then, it’s the Christmas season where we focus on what we want. Merchandising supports it, marketing supports it, commercials support it.
Here’s an idea. . . . instead of focusing on what you want this year, let’s focus on the needs of others.
Like now. No. Don’t wait until your next paycheck. There’s probably something you can do right now that will lift the spirits of someone who is in need.
Email. Phone call. Text. Facebook message. Drive over to their house and give them a hug.

Great post with a very important message. It’s the little things that matter the most.

Thank you Patty for brightening my day! It may seem little to you but it’s huge to me. 🙂
David, what Patty said.
Does texting from Hartsfield count?

Ok. Expect 3-6 texts this month then. 🙂
Eagerly anticipating them. 🙂
