It’s not always about keeping your employees from NOT doing things, but rather encouraging them to DO things.
You lead them by doing things for their benefit . . . show them how it’s done.
Yes, it’s a lot of pressure on you. But in the end, it’s good for everybody.
By exerting your influence on those in your group, you can effectively lead them to accomplish their goals whether it’s higher sales or helping someone cross home plate.
