In your business or personal life, do you stand alone? I’m talking about taking a leap of faith or standing up for what is right, not to show off, but because it is a showing of your character.
Do you have a mirror in your bathroom? Maybe today is the day that you look yourself in the mirror and say that you will have the courage to face the adversity that comes your way.
Two things I got from our leadership class last night.
1. We need more Noah’s. If you don’t know the story, give me a shout and I’ll share it with you.
2. Courage is the quality that allows you to do the right thing when it needs to be done.
We need leaders with the courage to do the right thing, the confidence to lead in uncertain times, the commitment to see us through a crisis and the character to do this when no one is watching.
