Do you lead by building up or tearing down?
Are you quick to point out the mistakes your team members make? Or do you show them the opportunities where they can improve?
You may be talking about the same thing. But it all depends on your approach as to how it will be received.
It’s not easy work pulling the load to the top of the hill. The payoff when you reach the top is very rewarding. But you can’t stop there.
