A month of Innovation – Day 20

Saw this at my kids’ school last night.

Are you making an effort?

Are you making an effort?

I love the fact that these little nuggets of wisdom and encouragement are posted up around the school.

What are you surrounding yourself with where you work?

Is it inspiration? Innovation?

Or is it denigration? Ridicule?

It IS your choice. Your customers will know if you’re winning or not.

    If you want to inspire others, you must be swamped in it yourself.
    This applies to individuals, teams, schools, you name it.

      Thanks, jeff.

      That is one reason why I love taking a Disney Institute class on property. You are immersed in everything Disney – sounds, sights, scents, sensations, etc. You can teach it better when you’re surrounded by it.

      If you are not inspired yourself, how can you pass on inspiration to others?
