The shortest distance

Just smile. 🙂

. . . between two people is a smile.

I’ve said it before, and it’s worth repeating. Smile for your customers. It will probably brighten their day. Plus it’s a gift that is easily given back. 🙂

Smile, though your heart is aching
Smile, even though it’s breaking
When there are clouds in the sky you’ll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You’ll see the sun come shining through for you

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near

That’s the time you must keep on trying
Smile what’s the use of crying
You’ll find that life is still worthwhile
If you’ll just smile

“Smile” – 1936, music written by Charlie Chaplin, lyrics written by John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons (1954).
