Help me understand

When you don’t understand something, you ask questions.

Why is something happening to me?

Why is my cancer coming back?

Why am I not getting better?

Why hasn’t a cure been found?

      Whenever friends would ask the question “why” I would answer with “because” since that’s the only response I felt appropriate.

      But it’s also because I didn’t have an answer that would help them understand what was going on.
