Greetings from Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield, an important battle site during the War Between the States.

Staying on the marked paths helps preserve the natural beauty of the park.

Have the courage to forge your own path.

Is somebody aiming for you?

Do you duck or stand tall?

Maybe not you personally.

But is business so good, are your customers so happy . . . that your competitors are jealous?

Just take care of your business and don’t worry about what the others think of you. You should know what they’re up to. But not to the point where you’re consumed with their opinion of you.

Do what’s right. Every day. Every customer.

Where is your destiny?

Where does your road take you?

I know I’ve asked this question before. But it bears repeating.

Do you know where you’re headed?

“A person often meets his destiny on the road he took to avoid it.” Jean de La Fontaine, French poet (1621-1695)

What do you keep in your box of goodies?

Coming out of your shell?

What’s in your bag of tricks?

  • honesty
  • integrity
  • service
  • purpose
  • commitment

Hopefully it is filled to the brim. Just don’t forget to use them when you need them.

What do you see?

Can you find the hotel in this picture?

Sometimes when you look at the big picture you still can’t see everything.

Don’t neglect the details.
