My clients, a wonderful elderly couple. ask me the same few questions all morning long. And each time I answer I remember some Disney customer service advice, “The first customer deserves the same bright smile and wave as the last.” in this case, i answer questions with the same bright smile and cheerful tone.
Another obvious benefit is I know all the answers to all the questions I will be asked. Really how tough is that.
