What does your future look like? It can be cloudy some days but become clear as the day progresses.

There are going to be stumbling blocks in your way that will distract you and block your view. Stay focused on your goals. Don’t let the temporary blur keep you from seeing that your dreams

Remember me

I seen an elephant fly.

How will you be remembered?

Will it be some extraordinary feat? Or will it just be how you do you day in and day out?

Be unique, just like everybody else.

Things get lost

Leave a trail to find your way

Due to a glitch with switching the website to a more secure format, I’ve lost all of my posts within the last year.

Do you have backups in place if you lost a year’s worth of data? What about a year of your life?

Losing a leader

Mother’s Day 2014

Death is a part of life. Birth gives us the “from” and death gives us the “to” when a life is defined in earthly terms.

Louise Balentine (1928-2017) passed away peacefully surrounded by her children – a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, leader. Not enough good can be said to match the person she was.

Her legacy of kindness, gentleness, loving and forgiveness will be felt for many years.

Thank you mom for leading me in life.

Lost on a shelf

I was cleaning off a bookcase today. It had become a convenient dumping area instead of an organized storage space.

One of the shelves had a box. And in that box we’re several books that a good friend sent me. Well, he’s not just a friend. He’s also the author. And he’s a blogger, a retired Disney Institute facilitator, having spoken to over 1,000,000 people, a husband, a dad, . . . a leader worth listening to.

These are ones I forgot I had. And I’m giving them away for free. To quote a line from Jeff’s book:

“This book will remind you why today is not a good day to put your dreams on hold.”

What are you waiting for? Don’t be like me and put your dreams on a shelf.

If you want a copy of Jeff’s book, simply leave a message in the comments below and I will get in touch with you.
