The key to transform your dreams into concrete goals is first to write them down. From there you can break them into doable steps.

There is a quote that says something like “life is 10% what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it.”
Well, let’s just say it’s been a rough three years and I’ve been more Eeyore than Tigger, needing to be cheered rather than being the cheerleader.
As a leader or manager or supervisor (whatever your title) there is a responsibility that comes with the title. The French call it “noblesse oblige” – roughly translated “with privilege comes duty.” It is a privilege when we have the opportunity to lead a team of people but it comes with great responsibilities.
Being more of a Tigger will have a positive effect on your team and their productivity. Time to get bouncing!

Don’t let worry freeze you in your tracks.
Got a plan but afraid it may fail? Don’t let that fear stop you from trying.
I was reminded this morning of the quote, “It has been said that for evil men to accomplish their purpose it is only necessary that good men should do nothing.”
Are you worried about doing the right thing because of the consequences? Never allow wrong to triumph over right. Let words like integrity, honesty, ethics and morality rule your decisions.
