They keep it real. They don’t hide the facts. They encourage each other. They cry when they’re sad. They laugh when they’re overjoyed. They live to go on. They dedicate their plaque to the memory of those who have died.
It’s not always about who you’re related to. Family can be by blood, adoption or association. They feel what you feel. They experience what you experience. They care about you. Be there for your family.
It may be just another day. But for some, it’s a milestone. I’ll probably get in trouble for this. But I’m doing it anyway. Happy 50th sis. I hope you have at least 50 more!
