In a perfect world . . .

Perfecting the art of customer service

. . . there would be no need for this blog.

There would be no need to remind you that customer service is about the customer and not about your business, your products, you.

But this isn’t a perfect world. Not everyone places the same emphasis on the customer. Not everyone values the benefit of repeat and referral business. Not everyone appreciates the importance of brand loyalty.

Unfortunately, not everyone will get the message.

Because we’re not in a perfect world.
