Hats. We wear different ones. We might wear multiple hats at the same time just for convenience.

But when you’re away from your job, or away from the public eye, are you someone else?

One of the purposes of this blog is to remind you that no matter where you are, you have a responsibility to your customer.

If you’re away from your business, are there others in place who will carry on your work in the same way? You owe it to your customers to give them a seamless experience whether you are there or not.

It goes directly to your character. You are the same when everyone sees you or when nobody sees you.

The character of your business is a reflection of you. And you are a reflection of your business.
