Have we grown accustom to receiving bad service that we no longer are outraged by it?
Cellular phone providers, cable companies, banks and most utilities have some of the worst customer service known to man.
“Your call is very important to us. Please remain on the line and someone will be with you momentarily.”
How many times have we heard this line? And during the same phone call?
There are some places that consistently have great service. Reward them with your patronage.
As for the others, well, it’s up to you as to how you’ll handle them.
