Where ‘ya headed?

20130918-221549.jpgHow do you decide which way to go?

Sometimes inertia pushes you in a direction that might not be the best choice. If you are in the lead car, you don’t always see what lies around the next bend or how far the next drop will last.

Knowledge. Experience. Faith. Rely on all of them.

100% Attitude

We know that education and hard work are important.

What if we have a sour disposition?

Can knowledge and effort take us everywhere?

My encouragement to you

Where is the warrior in you?

Where is the warrior in you?

Time to toot the rusty old horn a bit. And it is only to inspire you to do something great today.

Because I believe that you’ve got the ability to be awesome today with the right motivation.

If you don’t already know, I’m a survivor. Open heart surgery, cancer, the 80’s . . . you name it. I’m still here to talk about it. And hopefully guide you into making better choices for your future not repeating the mistakes of your past.

Don’t accept the status quo. Make the change you need to starting today. 🙂

Contentment and apathy

Is your apathy putting you to sleep?

Is your apathy putting you to sleep?

Two reasons why some new businesses don’t make it beyond their first two years.

They don’t know and they don’t care.

Ignorance and apathy. A dangerous combination for any business.

The same can be said for our life. You may not know what you should be doing and you may not care.

That’s a bad way to be a leader. Or a good way to be a bad leader.

Remind me again

20130612-092757.jpgHow many times do we have to be reminded about something?

I was headed to a convention in Las Vegas and we were cruising at an altitude of 35,994 feet. It got a little bumpy so the captain turned on the fasten seatbelt sign. Flight Attendants asked passengers to remain seated for their safety.

Repeatedly. Every few minutes.

When do we learn? How many times do we have to be reminded?

As many times as it takes.
