Do you track your customers spending habits? How can you get them back when they are gone? Are you in tune with them so well that you know when they haven’t shopped with you in a while?
In most cases, you offer a product or service that needs to be renewed or replenished. But if you’re seeing a downturn in business, do you have a system in place that let’s you know why you’re losing business?
It’s a known fact in most businesses that your most profitable customers are your long-term customers . . . customers for life, so to speak.
Always remember, and never forget, your customers buy from you – not companies. They want that personal connection that only you can give.
So, who are they connecting with? They are establishing a relationship with you and your team.
Treat your employees like you would treat your best customer and they will reward you with their loyalty. You won’t have to worry about losing them. . . the employee or the customer. 🙂
