How long is your commitment?

They could probably go another 60!

They were given a special treat by the staff. 60 years of marriage. Congratulations!

Is that too long? Too short? Just right?

What does commitment look like to you?

We’re not even there and we’re experiencing it

That was whispered to me by my 8-year-old observant daughter the other night.

We were so close to the action we could partake of the experience without actually being there.

Of course the experience was over the top by most standards. But not to the performers. It was just a new level of excellence.

Offer your customers a greater level of excellence every day.

It speaks for itself

Make a difference.

We’ll just let the picture speak for itself.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Is good service rare?

How rare is this?

Are your customers surprised because they received excellent service?

Or are they surprised when they don’t?

Hopefully, excellent service isn’t as rare as a five-legged goat.

They don’t write ’em like that anymore

Lazy Sunday afternoon

“Sing a song of long ago
When things were green and movin’ slow
And people’d stop to say hello
Or they’d say “hi” to you
“Would you like to come over for tea
With the missus and me?”
It’s a real nice way
To spend the day
In Dayton, Ohio
On a lazy Sunday afternoon in 1903.”

Randy Newman, “Sail Away”Dayton, Ohio 1903

They don’t write ’em like that anymore.

Does your business feel inviting to your customers? Is it like asking them over for tea on a lazy Sunday afternoon?

Welcome them over. Give ’em some tea if necessary.
